By building a strong global leadership team, launching innovation centers in Shanghai, Singapore, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Melbourne, Australia, and executing a focused strategy, George doubled the size of the business in less than three years.

After selling his own small business in 1993, George worked at George Weston Foods, Australia, in various positions of increasing responsibilities.
