REFUND POLICY
- Refund Within Cooling-Off Period. An enrolled Learner may request a refund of the Program Fee within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of enrollment, provided that such request is made at least 5 (five) working days before the Batch Commencement Date. In the event a Learner enrolls within 5 (five) working days before the Batch Commencement Date, no refund request shall be entertained.
- Pre-Commencement Cancellation. If a Learner cancels enrollment before the Batch Commencement Date and within the Cooling-Off Period, the refund shall be processed subject to the following:
- A non-refundable cancellation fee of INR 10,000 exclusive of applicable GST, shall be deducted from the refund amount.
- The Seat Reservation Fee, if any, shall not be refunded and shall be forfeited.
- The balance amount, after deduction of the cancellation fee and the Seat Reservation Fee, shall be refunded to the Learner.
- Post-Commencement Cancellation. Once the batch sessions for a Program have commenced, the Learner shall NOT be entitled to a refund of the Program Fee, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever.
- Refund Process. Where a refund is approved:
- Eligible refunds shall be processed within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the refund request.
- Refunds shall be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, wallet, UPI, or other instrument) used by the Learner at the time of enrolment. Calibo shall not be liable for any delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other intermediaries.
- Any program fee paid in cash and requiring a refund can only be made to an designated bank account and upon receipt of a cancelled check and post verification by Calibo.
- No refund shall be made in cash under any circumstances.
- No Refund for Promotional or Discounted Programs. Programs offered at a discounted or promotional rate, including scholarships, fee waivers, or special offers, may be subject to separate refund terms as specified at the time of enrollment. In the absence of specific terms, such enrollments shall be non-refundable.
